Saturday (April 21) 2pm-10pm we are presenting a team of talented DJs and musicians at the corner of 14th&U streets NW, Washington, DC to kick-off our outdoor season with the Big Ugly Truck Festival.
The Big Ugly Truck Festival is here to celebrate individual voices and authentic expressions of the DMV, and to celebrate the life and music of Prince on the anniversary of his passing.
This event will be powered by an all volunteer team sharing their love for the city and will be free and open to the public.
The Big Ugly Truck serves as a platform to amplify voices and celebrate culture through music and community engagement. At a time when the rapid changes in DC all too often result in voices being pushed out or drowned out of the city, The Big Ugly Truck provides a platform where these voices can be expressed, and a space where the people of the city are welcome.
We are excited to present these talented artists:
- DJ Chalant (@DJChalant)
- The DAB Band (@thedabband)
- Jenna Camille (@jennacamillesmg)
- DJ Mate Masie (@4usocial)
- DJ Steven Swann
- DJ Cleveland Browne (@djClevelandBrowne)
- DJ Baronhawk (@BaronhawkPoitier)
- DJ Dee Clark (@deeclark6213)
- DJ Stylus (@rhome_p)
